Brave New World By: Aldous Huxley

Brave New World is a science fiction novel written in 1932. Aldous Huxley's book takes place hundreds of years in the future.The book takes many twists and turns in a wildy imagnary future. The book begins at a factory but instead of making a product it makes people. People are cloned and they all worship "Our Ford" the creator of the essembly line. The people are only taught enough to do there jobs. Its frowned upon to have actual relationships and to have opinions. The people are taught what to think and what to do. The main charecter of the book is a boy that lived on "the reservation". He tries to more back to the hometown of his mother but he can't conform. Aldous talks about many things in the book that had not been invented such as birth control and cloning. I would recomend this book to everyone. Its a challaging read but entertaining at the end. It would be good to talk about the book in a group to reflect on the many idea and emotions covered in the book.
